Prior to any service, we gladly provide quotes for our nail menu offerings. We take pride in our work, valuing both our craftsmanship and time. Our prices reflect our technicians' expertise, premium products, and exceptional service. We kindly request no bargaining or haggling to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients. Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any pricing inquiries, please feel free to discuss them with our staff, who will be happy to assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

All services are non-refundable.

Services will be redone at no cost if dissatisfaction is reported immediately during the service

No fixes after you leave the salon, indicating your acceptance of the service.

Charges apply for repairs due to customer-caused damage.

Ask your technician about nail care.

Nail Fixtures

regular Polish within 24 hours-arranged in 2 days

Shellac Gel within 5-7 days- arranged in 2 days

Acrylic/Dip within 7-10 days-arranged in 2 days

Gel-X / Hardgel within 7-10 days-arranged in 2 days

Customer Responsibilities:

Specify the service you want.

Inform staff of any allergies.

Provide feedback during the service.

Immediately report any concerns or infections.

At Royal Lavender Nails and Spa, we strive to provide high-quality service with courtesy and respect.

Punctuality: Please contact the salon if you will be late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may impact our ability to complete your service, and we may need to accommodate other clients if you are delayed

Personal Items: We are not responsible for damaged or lost personal items. Handle polishes carefully and check for belongings before leaving.

Group Parties/Appointments:

All appointments require a deposit: $50 for 3-5 people, $100 for 6+ people.

$30 penalty fee per no-show.

No cancellations; changes allowed 24 hours prior.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment Methods:

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and gift certificates, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No checks.

To ensure a smooth and secure payment process for all guests, we have updated our salon payment policy:

Accepted Payments:

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle.

All card payments may require a valid photo ID upon request.

A signature is required at the time of purchase for all credit/debit card transactions.

Payment Agreement:

By completing your payment and signature at checkout, you acknowledge that:

Services were received in full and to your satisfaction at the time of payment.

You authorize the full amount charged to your card or payment method.

No Refunds:

All sales are final. Once a service is completed and paid for, we do not offer refunds. If there are any concerns, please notify us before leaving the salon, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Security Notice:

To protect our staff and guests, we reserve the right to:

Request ID for high-value or suspicious transactions

Decline future appointments for clients who do not follow payment policies

We appreciate your support and understanding as we continue to provide quality service in a respectful and professional environment.

Gift Cards: No cash advances or exchanges. Treat like cash; lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. No expiry.

Complaints/Feedback: Contact the salon manager or email royallavender24@gmail.com with any complaints or feedback.
